Can someone send me an example of how to replace the menu. Searching
on Google seems impossible. I did manage to find an example that works
within IE, but it doesn't work at all on Firefox. :(
As to the direct question below. I tried using
xlink:href=javascript:myfunction() as the menu item which failed in
IE. Would be interested in finding a solution to this as well.

Yes, I've been wondering about this myself. Perhaps I've overlooked
some
posting explaining it but I can't find any documentation about custom
context menues. Well there is one exception of the AV3 release
notes making
a passing mention of contextMenu in a table entitled Interface Window.
This is described as a read-only attribute in the Type column
but the
Comment column says Modifyable XML description of viewer's
context menu
which seems to be a contradiction.
How exactly are you supposed to do this?

Subject: [svg-developers] Modifying custom context menu actions
hi all
i agree with postings requesting more plug in documentation. a
couple specific example questions:
i've created a custom context menu per other postings here. however,
i can't figure out the syntax, if there is any, to pass the context
menu jscript functions.
item action='myFunction()'Selection/item doesn't work. so my new
menu can't do anything custom - unless i want to reuse the
predefined menu actions such as 'ZoomIn'.
also, can special characters be used in a custom context menu -
modifying the font or inserting graphics?
