I have to agree with that. Though I can't confirm the numbers I hear 1000-2000 Drashes were made, of those less than 500 sold, the rest destroyed. How many of 500 have survived I can't say but doubt a large percentage. If you look at Akalabeth which sold 3 games the value is still high and it shows up infrequently. In other words if you get shot at a Drash and the price is within your "limit" I'd go for it.

Well I know of yours (complete), Tom's (missing box & reg card), Edward's
(missing reg card), the one from the auction (cassette only), one that was
the source for a cassette image that popped up a few months back, two I
can't really discuss, and another two that are quite possible but
unconfirmed. I'm sure there are more out there somewhere but they certainly
don't turn up very often - it's been a big week :)

Jeez I hope it ends here.though I am curious just how many Drashs are
out there. What are we talking now? 3 confirmed including mine?

Perhaps the guy will sell it privately, though I have my doubts since he
claims to be "conducting research with auction results."

Pt!

I have been conversing with the guy.

Apparently he didn't have any idea what he had until he received 100 e-mails
asking to end the auction early. He said he was getting a ton of offers but
no bids so he freaked and pulled the auction.

He says he is going to re-list it by itself with an "appropriate" reserve
and starting price.

He e-mailed me a picture and it seems to be authentic, but again it is just
the tape nothing else.

That is what I want to know, here I think I am cool because I finally
acquire one and not even a DAY after I get mine this fool shows up with the
tape.

Cheers,

Josh

Am I missing a photo? Since the one with the auction only shows four
cassettes I'd be leery about bidding on it.

Unfortunately it looks like a few too many would-be bidders wised the
seller
up on the game's rarity, as he first added some information lifted from
Underworld Dragon's pages, then ended the listing early when someone
made
him an offer he couldn't refuse (error in the bid amount, pshyeah
RIGHT!) If
the buyer is on this list, I'd love to hear how much you paid him off.
B-)

What is it with Drash? Dormant for years, now we have two within a
week of
each other!
Rarities seem to pull each other out of hiding, especially if the
first gets a high bid on eBay. :-D
