Re: I have had enough
Hello. I hope this can solve your problem. I think about a month ago some one told me of a program call gwx control panel. What it does it gets rid of the windows 10 updates and stuff plus the get windows 10 out of the task bar. It is completely free and accessible. I have used it it works great. It is one of those things where you set it up and you kind of forget about it. Just do a Google search for the program. Once you download it go in to the program and just hit enter. Once you are in there, you want to tab around and look for prevent windows 10 updates and upgrades . It says something like that, but just hit enter on that hope everything can be fixed for you with that program. I even went in to the update settings with in the program and the radio buttons are all set up for you and checked so it only installs updates for windows 7. I hope it is something you are looking for. Hope I could help out. Once you are done with the program just close it. It is mainly a interface where you use the tab key to cycle through the different settings. Can't remember your password? Do you need a strong and secure password? Use Password manager! It stores your passwords & protects your account. RE: Adding Attachments to Emails when Using Becky!
In case it has not been mentioned, Becky is not a free program. You can get a 30-day trial, though, and it is only $40 or so. It is also still being updated, but updates seem to be done carefully, which I like. Some of us have had some problems with Becky and Window-Eyes 9.4.0.0, particularly with read-to-end, but I have not found these difficulties to be a big problem. Also, there are settings that need to be changed in Becky to get it to work well with Window-Eyes. I think there is a knowledgeBase article on that. Re: RE: I have had enough
If you go into "Services", right click "Windows Update," and select "Disable," it's the same as not allowing Windows 8.1 and earlier to automaticly prompt, download, and install updates. Before I knew this, it was the reason I almost gave up on Windows 10, but once I discovered this solution, I would never go back to an earlier version of Windows because it has a start menu like Windows 7 and optimizes solid state drives like Windows 8 and 8.1. - Original Message - From: "Smith, Veronica via Talk" Date: Tuesday, March 22, 2016 12:58 pm Subject: RE: I have had enough To: Neville , Window-Eyes Discussion List > I cannot help you but wanted to chime in here. Auto-complete Option Available in Becky?
Hi, Folks. Thanks for all your help regarding my question about attachments when using Becky. My next question: Is there an auto-complete function where I can type in part of the email address, and Becky does the rest? Re: Adding Attachments to Emails when Using Becky!
I do this. Open Becky, go to the folder or file and hit the application key. Arrow to "send to" and right arrow to Becky. Hit enter and a new email comes up. Send. www.harmonicaworkshops.com www.woodeneyemusic.com On Mon, 21 Mar 2016 10:46:42 -0400 Matthew Chao via Talk wrote: > Hi, Folks. How do I add attachments to an email in Becky!?
