Re: Adding Attachments to Emails when Using Becky!

2016-04-26 Thread Curtis Delzer via Talk
adding attachments is simple in Becky, alt-f, a, and you're in the
dialogue from where you can select a file, or, paste the pathname to the
attachment.
I use a program which I can use the right click menu to get the pathname
to any file I am currently looking at on my computer so it is a snap to
put that into Becky.

RE: Adding Attachments to Emails when Using Becky!

2016-03-22 Thread Steve Jacobson via Talk
In case it has not been mentioned, Becky is not a free program. You can get
a 30-day trial, though, and it is only $40 or so. It is also still being
updated, but updates seem to be done carefully, which I like. Some of us
have had some problems with Becky and Window-Eyes 9.4.0.0, particularly with
read-to-end, but I have not found these difficulties to be a big problem.
Also, there are settings that need to be changed in Becky to get it to work
well with Window-Eyes. I think there is a knowledgeBase article on that.

Best regards,

Steve Jacobson

Re: Adding Attachments to Emails when Using Becky!

2016-03-22 Thread Casey via Talk
Hi can you group messages by conversation like you can with other e-mail
programs?
So then if you don't want to read A particular group of messages you can
just delete that hole thread and not all of the rest of you messages?

If you can do this how do you make this happen in Becky?
And what is the web site for the Becky e-mail program?
Also do you get to use it as A demo before you purchase it to Se if you
would really like it?
Or do you just have to purchase it and if you don't like it then just
don't use it?

I do this. Open Becky, go to the folder or file and hit the application key.
Arrow to "send to" and right arrow to Becky. Hit enter and a new email comes
up. Send.
