Hello Tom,

Are you using the free or pro version, which is paid for? The Pro version
does run at all times and so should give a better level of protection.

I ask because I have found it very difficult, if not impossible, to get the
necessary id and key installed into this later version. I have only been
able to install them into the old version.

Unfortunately neither the software distributors nor the manufactures were
able to help me.

Hi Tom, From time to time, I get a dialog box saying malware bytes has 
finished scanning.,  nonmalware detected press enter for details.  Have 
never been able to see the details and neither has sighted reader.  By 
default, what does malware bytes premium do with potential malware if u do 
nothing?

Just to note that even with use of the 1.75 version you will need to make
heavy use of the virtual mouse when examining the results of a scan.
