Hello Tom, Are you using the free or pro version, which is paid for? The Pro version does run at all times and so should give a better level of protection. I ask because I have found it very difficult, if not impossible, to get the necessary id and key installed into this later version. I have only been able to install them into the old version. Unfortunately neither the software distributors nor the manufactures were able to help me. Hi Tom, From time to time, I get a dialog box saying malware bytes has finished scanning., nonmalware detected press enter for details. Have never been able to see the details and neither has sighted reader.
