David, I'm having similar issues. Haven't made time to call tech support yet on it. Once I upgraded to WE 9 or 9.1 on my home PC running Outlook 2010, I lost the ability to virtualize my messages in Outlook. Since the majority of the messages I get are in HTML and tables, I need virtual view to read them.I uninstalled the Outlook Enhance app as someone suggested and reinstalled it, but that did not help. I think the problem is in the outlook enhanced app and microsoft auto update. I have to re-enabled the app a few times usually after a microsoft update.
