RE: more of the same issue with Outlook
David, I'm having similar issues. Haven't made time to call tech support yet on it. Once I upgraded to WE 9 or 9.1 on my home PC running Outlook 2010, I lost the ability to virtualize my messages in Outlook. Since the majority of the messages I get are in HTML and tables, I need virtual view to read them.I uninstalled the Outlook Enhance app as someone suggested and reinstalled it, but that did not help. No ideas, just wanted to let you know you aren't alone. -Original Message- From: Talk [mailto:talk-bounces+robin_van_lant=key@lists.window-eyes.com] On Behalf Of David Loux via Talk Sent: Sunday, April 19, 2015 8:22 AM To: 'Jim Ruby'; 'Window-Eyes Discussion List' Subject: RE: more of the same issue with Outlook Hi Jim, I'm curious to know if our Outlook 2007 and WE9.1 issues mirror each other. after I installed the WE9.1 version, I completely lost access to the content of Outlook messages with the arrow keys. I can review the basic content with the mouse keys, but this very much limits my editing capability, activating hyperlinks, etc. I have updated all the appropriate apps, as well as MS Outlook options. I have gone so far as to run the Outlook repair options, however, that gave me absolutely no info as to whether or not anything was repaired. From all outward appearances, the repair did nothing as far as access goes. I think my next option is to uninstall and then reinstall my full Office 2007 package. Have you tried any other ideas that you might care to share. Thanks and best wishes. I think the problem is in the outlook enhanced app and microsoft auto update. I have to re-enabled the app a few times usually after a microsoft update.
