Hi, Yes, it's generally thought to be correct, the interpretation being that the park ends at the boundary of the river. However, this is occasionally disputed, since some interpret ways as representing the whole feature, and others interpret them as the centreline of the feature. The validator plugin just announces it as a warning to ensure you are aware of it, in case it is a genuine error.
