It appears that the swap hasn't occurred yet, but is slated for later this year. The article doesn't mention a date however. I've contacted "our" (Dutch) guy already, who is responsible for maintaining administrative boundaries in the Netherlands. Hi Steve, It's all under control with the local NL/BE communities. This is also discussed on the forum at: http://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=53204 AFAIK the politicians have not voted to approve the change yet, which makes is premature to adopt the change in OSM. On the Dutch side I'll adopt this change when it has been included in the updated settlement (woonplaats) boundary for Eijsden. We'll take care of it, when it's ratified. It still needs to be discussed by both governments before it becomes official.
