[OSM-talk] keep right! and barrier=*

The issue here is not that the way is ending with a barrier node but the fact that in a reasonable vicinity to the ending node there's another way. Quite often this means that some mapper forgot to connect the ending node to a way. In your example this is indeed a false alert, but the rule itself is worth keeping. Well what I've described is common for a lot of rural areas I've checked, so all that these warnings achieve in these areas is making noise and the more noise that exists the less useful something becomes. The existence of a gate is in fact a good indication _that_ the way will continue on the other side.
