Hi Luc, I don't see where there are copyright issues here regarding OSM, because I don't put any data whatsoever in OSM, I just pull some out of it. The data on the website is just an indication where there is still some manual good-old-fashioned work to do. To make that easier I link to a public url of AGIV (and that is the only interaction with AGIV), but that how could that be a copyright issue? You cannot copy any data from that link, you can just view data (that's why it is public of course). I could have used Google maps too: they encourage that with a whole javascript API. For Gent I used the officiäl street list which is also on their web site too http://www.gent.be/docs/Departement%20bevolking%20en%20Welzijn/Dienst%20bevolking/straatnaam.pdf. If people give me a list of street in their municipality, why not compare that list OSM and make some nice but entirely useless graphs? That's the nice part about programming: program once, use many times.
