L'opérateur de réseaux fibrés Céleste fait un usage intensif de cartes OSM
pour cartographier les réseaux d'intérêt public.
Il me semble qu'il n'y a aucune attribution pour un lot assez important de 
cartes :
Ex. : Jura http://www.celeste.fr/fibre-optique-jura , mais concerne aussi IDF, 
Bretagne, Centre, Alsace, Pays d'Aix, etc.

Après plusieurs signalements de manque d'attribution, twitter semble le
meilleur canal pour faire bouger les choses.
Peut être que le côté public des tweets pousse les intéressés à réagir
alors qu'un mail non public est mis sur la pile...
