I have added the attribution statement to the OSM wiki contributions page so feel free to go ahead and start using the data. I recommend just taking the height data and not the building shapes as these are from OS Open Maps and aren't that detailed. We can do better. Hi all, I am delighted to let you know that OSM UK have received written permission to use the Emu Analytics "English Urban Areas Building Heights" in OpenStreetMap. This permission is in the form of OSM's standard CC-By waiver template. I will add the relevant text to the wiki copyright page today. If using the data please add source=Emu Analytics to your changset or source:height=Emu Analytics if you prefer to add source data direct to an object. Finally note these are crude building polygons so height data may not be suitable for complex building shapes.
