I can't get it to work at all. It just sits there doing absolutely
nothing. I managed to install it OK and TB doesn't crash or any of
the other weird things that people are reporting. After that,
nothing, not even instruction or encouragement from the chap who
  wrote it.

I'm using K9 now and that's working very well. 98.5% accurate and
  getting better by the day.

It takes a lot mor time to read anything via the web and I sure havent
got the time for them except for particular problems if I am NOT

At least I know from my work that 12 hours difference with florida is

Anyway, top-posting probably is easily found with a regexp.

Almost. If you click the formatting button but leave the mouse pointer
over it, you will still have problems (at least that is what happened
to me). BTW, it seems Windows standard shortcuts (Ctrl-B, Ctrl-U, etc)
are not functioning here. Do I have to switch it on somewhere?

I had the same problem, Alexey. Had to push the formatting button once
again to have the selection fixed. And had to do it each time after I
decided to change the font properties (color or attributes).

SpamPal with its Bayesian filter?

All you need to create in TB! is a single filter at the end of your
incoming filters set, that looks for the header string that is added by
SpamPal when the message is deemed to be spam. Have the filter move the
message to a Spam folder.

I didn't get a blue screen when it initialized. However, I think it may
have caused another *tediously distressing* chain of events that XP's

NOD32 only for me from hence forth.

For the sake of saving yourself some trouble (temporarily) can you log
into your IMAP account on the server either by web interface or
telnet? If you can then do so and select all messages, then delete
then purge. That should take care of (for now) the issue of the inbox
filling up and mail getting bounced.

Does not the Dispatch Mail on Server option work for you?
