Sorry, it is an acronym for "A Most Excellent Off Line reader". It was
developed for use with CIX a British Newsgroup and Service provider. It
was also very good for mail until I discovered TB!. I used to like it
because they had lots of their own specific Newsgroups but I can't
afford to run that as well as my Wanadoo account now so it had to go :-(

It is a bug. The problem is the Add on the Actions tab. As long as
nothing is selected in the Available Actions list nothing happens if
you hit {Alt}+A but if something is selected the Add button is
triggered on hitting {Alt}+A.

As long as you do not download all mails from the IMAP server any
bayes filter plugin can't work as it needs to read the body of the
mail to do it statistic analysis.

Maybe BayesIt needs only headers to distinct between Spam or Ham but
then the failure rate would be relatively high.

Did you check if the path to the different files (database etc.) in
the Bayesfilter are full path like
D:\Program Files\TheBat\Bayes Filter Plugin\database.dat
and not only the filename without the folder and disk names.

I see this as well using the default installation path which would seem to
indicate the issue lies with the current release of this plugin as opposed to
The Bat or a particular system.
I'm sorry, I lost track. Is the problem with BayesIt or BayesFilter? I
ask because I was planning on upgrading to the latest version of
BayesFilter today (I am using and older one).

TheBat! Voyager - Mobile Email Client

Now it has become possible to have the complete message base and
important documents at one’s fingertips. The programme is now
specially adopted to be working in the USB-flash disk. The Bat! Voyager
is based on the technology of the widely known The Bat! Email Client.
This presents a new era in the software distribution on the IT market.

The Bat! Voyager – Mobile Email Client

Once you purchase The Bat! Voyager you can leave your Notebook in
peace and carry a stylish “flash” where the programme with all the
necessary for correct functioning files, messages and address books
will be installed.

In case you lose the flash-drive you lose only a cheap memory device,
but all the information will still be present in a backup file on one
of your computers. Restoring the data to a new flash-disk will take
just a few minutes.

TheBat!Voyager – a fully configured programme with an active e-mail
account. Many users experience difficulties activating the programme
and configuring an e-mail account. But now you have a fully configured
Email Client with an active e-mail account at one of the free servers.

Interesting. We had a discussion earlier about making a complete copy

Seems like this may be intended to do the same thing, with less work

I got the following email today about it, but can't find a link to
download it.

You can call your friends from the shop and tell them your e-mail
address that you read on the box cover.

It seem that the last eMail received is not completely logged. The

Did you check if the path to the different files (database etc.) in
the Bayesfilter are full path like
D:\Program Files\TheBat\Bayes Filter Plugin\database.dat
and not only the filename without the folder and disk names.

It sounds like TB is unable to write to it. Is it possible that you
are having a permission problem in the INI file?

Make sure that you log in as the admin and try looking at the
permissions in the INI file. You may want to set it so that anyone can
save changes to that file.
