3.5.24 MSI installer bug no #2
Hello,
1. Create virtual drive by subst in Windows XP:
subst z: n:\
I created virtual "z" drive from all "n" drive - this is very
reliable when I use TB in my 2 computers - TB is in other physical
locations, but virtual paths in registry, configuration paths, etc is
always "Z:\".
2. Try to install TB in such drive ("z") - this is impossible!
3. Try to install TB in "n" - physical location - this is impossible
due to "security violation".
4. Try to disconnect "z" drive (subst /d z:) - this is impossible due
to bug described oin my previeus post "3.5.24 MSI installer bug no
#1".
The only solution to install TB is now disconnecting TB from "subst"
and then mapping "n" as network drive and then install on "z".

Hello, 1. Install TB in Netowrk drive "Z". 2. Disconnect network drive "z" (or terminate connection). 3. Run MSI installer - MSI installer will fail to start with communicate, that there is no drive "z". So, if user would like to install TB in other location this is impossible. Connection Centre items are often not visible
Hello, To reproduce this bug you need to have a lot of accounts (50 is pretty well :-)). Press F11 to to check all accounts. List of items is greater than visible area, so go to down of the list. Please move by scrollbars to down. Then please wait - after some time you will realize, that only one task at the top is visible, the rest is "above" visible area, but there is no scrollbar in the window! Please than select the one visible task and go by cursor to the top - you will observe that scrollbar will appear. So, there are 2 bugs: disappearing scrollbar and the second: when there is a lot of items it shouldn't be visible only one at the top, but count of items visible in CC view. At least in 3.5.24 I can confirm that when there is a lot of items there are visible only one at the top, not count of items visible in CC view - please see attachement. Hello, When I was today starting The Bat! "Starting BayesIt" window appears and then unexpectly "BayesIt is shutting down" appears and then error in TBPFinalize. Why BayesIt was shutting down at startup? See attached image. Hello, I have got 2 questions about new line 3.0.9.x: 1. Is there any possibility to turn off the blue line between accounts (to get look like in 3.0.2.10 and older)? 2. I realized, that something strange was done with alingement of account list (account name, unread message and read messages). Could you tell me the difference between it and this from 3.0.2.10 version? Is there any possibility to get allingement from 3.0.2.10? Attachements from common folders are always stored in attach folder
Hello, Please look at report: https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=4165 This is very bad bug needed be fixed before Xmas release: Attachements from common folders are always stored in attach folder. There is no possibility to store these attachements in message bodies. For example I have got common junk folder The Bat!\MAIL\$JUNK$ and in The Bat!\MAIL there is attach folder where attachements are stored. Please by default store attachemnts in message bodies or create a switch between in message bodies / in atttach folder with deafult option "in messages bodies". Hello, In new filtering system there is no selective download filters. Why? It will be good to implement also common selective download filters. I would like to give you proposition about new filtering system: it will be good to implement third action in selective download filter: "pass e-mail" - now there are only "kill" and "ignore". This new action will be very good - for example I would like to kill directly on server all letters which contain "viagra" in subject, but not from "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" or not letters contain "madnet" in header. I reported this bug, but my report was bad and now I wrote proper report how to make this bug: Create new message, before entering something change to "HTML/Plain text". Next write subject and body of message. Then select ALL body of this message and press . Nothing is done. Hello, I write because from 2.01.6 version x-mailer header id default disabled. This is not a good thing! A lot of antispam programs mark as spam all mails without any X-mailer header. Gain from removing x-mailer header could be very small than deleting many mails by antispam programs look for existing this header. So I would like to change default behaviour of this option. I would like to delete the option and implement new option "Don't use x-mailer header" - this option should be default not checked. User will choose the best option for him. Hello TBBETA list, I installed Bayesit 04fm. Unfortunately, in 9/10 times, I cannot mark message as spam by Special>Mark as junk menu option. Message is moved to junk folder, but you can see in attached image, that 0 messages was processed. Why?
