freeze on (2nd) exit

2007-04-21 Thread Thomas Lieblang
Hello tbbeta,

I was so happy about the new "Later" Button (or better window) that I
made some tests. Then I found this:

1. provocate the new window on exit (fetch mail and click "exit TB"
   just afterwards)
2. cancel the exit-window
3. write yourself a mail or be sure you will get one next time
4. check for new mail
5. if a new eMail is incoming, it couldn't be received successfully. the
   task freezes
6. try to exit TB again - click on "Later" -> TB freezes

please confirm here:

If you first choose "order number" and enter "7" the online

Then go "back" and choose "key block", enter your key block.
This time tbv again tries to verify "7" as the key on the website.

Popup-menu of selected header-values

2005-11-01 Thread Thomas Lieblang
Hello tbbeta,

when selecting a header-value (leftclick on value right to from:, to:,
subject:, ...) of an eMail, and then rightclick this selection, you
get a popup-menu.

This popup-menu doesn't work as expected here.

When clicking "copy" (from-value selected) the popup still stays open.
Only a second click will close the popup. The value itself is still in
the clipboard.

When clicking "open link" (e.g. from-value selected) a new mail opens,
with the popup over the editor-window.

The main problem seems to be that the event "clicked" reopens the
popup after the first click.

Any confirmations?

Sure, it has to be downloaded, but if the mail is identified as spam,
it should be marked as "delete from server by next contact with

Confirmed. I use a common spam folder and Achims bayes filter 2.0.

Is there any bugtrack entry for this issue?

There should be an option on the ANTIspam-plugin main dialog to enable

Create new account a little buggy (?)

2003-12-25 Thread Thomas Lieblang
Hi folks - Merry Christmas!

Was this bug reported before?

- create new account
- enter accountname, emailadress etc
- before you 'finish' go '< back'
- a new optionwindow is shown that wasn't shown before
(I have a permanent connection to the net - no dial-up.
maybe this is why the window wasn't shown before)

  then the "bug":

- '< back' is still available, but 'next' changed to 'finish' in all
  optionwindows.

Yes, but:

(when no default mailto:-account is selected)
Set a pw to an account. The account tree collapses. Exit TB!
Click a mailto:-link in your browser and you can send a msg from
inside a pw protected account without knowing the pw!!!

Do you think this is a security-bug?

I ran TB!j for more than 10 hours now. Mail check every 20 min.

When I pressed + I could see that the CC windows was only
built half. Nothing more than the window border was shown until
everthing (login/fetching) was done.

The log window showed every action done by TB! as usual. But it was
very slow! Every line was there for nearly a second. (I'm using LAN to
get mails => 5sec with 10 accounts with no new mail)

While trying to make a snapshot I accidently closed TB! and restarted
it. Now everything works as fast as before upgrading.

Can anybody confirm? I will make a snapshot tomorrow ...

It's still confusing when you see i.e.

You created a sig delimiter with "--=20". This is recognized as
the first delimiter in RTV.

Quoted text also uses this "unusual" (?) delimiter.

Why?

two little things

2002-01-14 Thread Thomas Lieblang

Hello list,

as I cought up to beta28 (from 1.53t) I hoped to find some things
to be changed. Maybe it's be design, but maybe not ;-)

 - 1 - Strange/wrong(?) behaviour of copy/move msg dialoge

When doubleclicking a folder in the 'Copy/Move msg dialogbox' which
has one or more subfolders, this folder is selected and used for this
action. But normaly doubleclicking such a folder should expand the
 subfolder(s) - or not?

 - 2 - Autoreplied mails

Mails which were replied with a template from the filter aren't
marked as 'answered' (green arrow) in the messagelist.
My wish would be a little option in the filterdialog for adding this
mark. This would help me more than using the 'Open Reply' function
(which is very nice at all :-).

thx
Thomas
