The main reason why we plan to release 5.0.10 is to fix some bugs of 5.0.8, and then fix other bugs in subsequent releases. If we didn't announce that we have fixed a particular bug, there is no reason to report that it is not fixes since it's obvious and provides no clear inidcation whether it's an old or a new bug.
