  Password Protected Account behaviour
  A new folder can be created in a Password Protected Account without
  unlocking it. Confirmed on TBBETA.
  
Confirmed! Just hit ESC when TB asks for the password and you are able
to create a folder.

- mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
  Dispatch Mail on Server in Password Protected Account

Not confirmed.

Yes so it is.
