You know I have been on this list since way back in the beginnings. Being a devoted Bat user for along time. It perturbs me that this list used to be a great source for help and issues with the Bat, but for the last 6 months or so, it seems to me that only the folks in The Clique can get a intelligent response to a question from anyone. I have asked for help on many different occasions over the past few months only to receive 0 responses. There is no way I'm part of any Clique. I've been here since the year dot but most of the time I remain in lurk mode. If I can help I do and if I need help I ask. And I can honestly say there has always been someone to help. Very recently I asked for help with my F4 reply quote problem and for B16. On both occasions I had the help I needed. Within minutes both my problems were sorted. I remain very quiet for very long periods and most of the time I don't read all of the mail that I receive from the list. Never would I even think of unsubscribing from this list on the grounds it's the best place for help... And very often with problems that are not TB related. Personally I think the list rocks, it certainly don't suck. The first was a question that was hidden inside another subject because you didn't start a new thread. This post was also done in HTML. Two reasons why this post could easily be missed by many. The second never asked a question, only posted an error message stating you never saw it before. Well, my archive of TBBETA goes back only 2 months into the past. In these 2 months, I find 4 messages from you. One is a HTML message with a question completely different from the subject, buried deep within another thread. Do you really expect an answer to that one?? The second stated that you couldn't extract the Beta from the .rar archive (BTW, this has been discussed endless times before, you might want to check the archives on that topic). No question = no answer. In the third message you stated an error message of the rendering engine which clearly told you to forward the message to the developers. Again, you didn't even ask a sensible question. But you expect an answer. OK. And last but not least, the message I reply to right now. You state that you don't like the list because you don't receive replies. Perhaps you should start asking questions before you expect answers, but that opinion might not be representative for the list.
