Yes, I do.

In .11 the paper clip remains all the time.

I never get these, because they're avoidable so easily (to look legit
they MUST use the name of a well-known bank as-is): anything that
contains the name of a well-known bank or credit company in the realname
part of the from field is deleted right on the server and never
bothers me.

it.

Mysterious. I'm not running a Spam filter and I've disabled the one at
my ISP account some time ago. And I have no Selective Download
filters. So where in electronic space can that message be?

this indication is used when has message real attachments only. When email
contains HTML page as an alternative to text part and attachment is part of
this HTML page only, indication will not be used.
