Hello Malte. At 8:46 AM on Thursday, January 03, 2002 you wrote the following on the posted subject 'Macro for including message source': Malte> [...] it's still a little complicated, also I Malte> would like to create a filter rule for doing Malte> that and of course I can't do that then. How about the following? Create a special folder (could be a common folder) name it SPAMcop (for example) Filter spam to this folder Create a QT that includes: %HEADERS %TEXT %CLEAR %ACCOUNT='the account you are registered with' %TO="spamcop address" %SUBJECT="whatever" (or not) Save template & add handle named spam' In folder properties/reply template include: %QINLCUDE="spam" Then select message you want to send to spamcop from the spamcop folder. Use CTRL-Enter key to reply Above template should do the following automatically. (1) address email to spamcop (2) add subject of your choice (or not) (3) clear anything from default reply template (4) paste the headers in the body of the msg (5) paste the text of the original msg in the body Then all you have to do is send it. Two steps: CTRL-Enter Send I'm sure somebody can improve on this or will correct me if I've done something incorrectly. HTH -- Jan Rifkinson Ridgefield, CT USA TB! I then hit 'process spam' and then hit the report button when it's processed. I decided to try the mail forwarding method, hoping that it would prevent my having to visit the spamcop webpages. However, all the mail forwarding does is prevent your having to do is copy and paste the message directly into the web page. In fact it turns out to be more of a hassle that way than the complete web based approach. -- .-.-. ( : ) ©Allie C Martin .-.\ ' /.-. List Moderator and fellow end user (_.. I do it this way too. I just copy the whole message from the message source (F9) to the page and the spam is processed. - -- Best regards, David ** Yeah I love work, I could sit and watch it all day... ** [TB! 1.54 Beta/19] [Windows NT 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 2] [Running on a Celeron 800@1176 256 Mb RAM] -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- Version: PGP 6.5.8ckt Build 06 Comment: PGPKeys: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?subject=send_PGP_key iQA/AwUBPDR3jFK9yf5+yp9NEQKGgACgxWWCh90cJW+K5ThaaolwohSmXfsAn1hY eGtu+heyic15vn0qCiekg2x8 =X/kn -END PGP SIGNATURE- -- __ Archives : http://tbtech.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Sure, that's the way I'm currently doing it, but it's still a little complicated, also I would like to create a filter rule for doing that and of course I can't do that then. If you forward the mail like this, aren't you sent a message with a URL taking you to a page where you process the spam message and send the complaints? I usually just initially connect to the site and copy/paste from the source window. -- ©Allie C Martin -- List Moderator and fellow end-user PGPKey - mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?Subject=PGPPubKey1 [MUA: TB! v1.54 Beta/20 (*) OS: WinXP Home] ¯¯ -- __ Archives : http://tbtech.thebat.dutaint.com Moderators : mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
