If you're talking about opening a link in a new window: It's mouse gestures active and in the window click and drag just a little bit - when you release the link opens in a new window. Regards ... Playing with MyIE2 now. Seems to have most of CB's functions, plus a couple more for good measure. But can I set it to open a new window on a middle button click? That's my favourite CB feature. -- Adam [EMAIL PROTECTED] A Social Life ? Where do I download that from ? Re: Browser Question
Ken&Maryilyn (&Allie) MyIE2 (like CrazyBrowser) is IE-based but has done a few more of the things that CrazyBrowser doesn't quite handle as well as IE (mostly to do with Favortites and History and is getting close to being able to support all IE extensions (Google toolbar etc)). It's "Make me default" option should also "fix" links from TB to MyIE2(or at least it fixes OE and takes care of the others Allie mentioned) For your info: CB MyIE MyIE2 Netcaptor (and a couple of others) aren't just "sort-of-the-same" as IE, they are add-on on top of IE using "hooks" MSFT provided. It sounds like you've just registered Crazy Browser as the default program for html files, not as the default web browser for handling http. To do this, there's an option in CB: go to Tools --> Default Browser --> Crazy Browser This works for me (might require a reboot?) > By the way, Crazy Browser rocks! Indeed it does, just tried Mozilla and come back to CB because I prefer the interface, better popup blocking and IE just works better with websites... -- Adam [EMAIL PROTECTED] A Social Life ? Browser Question
Hello Ken, I just recently installed Crazy Browser as my web browser instead of IE 6.0, on my XP machine, although they are sort of the same. I went into File Types in Control Panel and registered Crazy Browser for HTML and HTM. The Bat still only recognizes IE. How can I get TB to use Crazy Browser instead of IE? By the way, Crazy Browser rocks! Best Regards, KennyB www.runnerduck.com Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBTECH" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
