Edit subject line
Hello, Don't interpret what I write negatively, I'm very happy with SpamPal! Nevertheless, my spampal sometimes mis-identifies messages as spam and includes markers in the subject line of the received message. How can I get rid of the added marker in the Bat so that filters do not grab the message each time I re-apply filters to the folder? I need to get rid of things like: **SPAM** **SPAM REGEX ID#363100123-86** **SPAM** **SPAM DSBL 24.5.91.52** **SPAM** **SPAM SBL 218.32.192.211** **SPAM** **SPAM SBL 192.117.172.25 BODY** Hopefully a small script, with a keyboard shortcut, could do it? -- Best regards, Happy new year cs4l mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Current version is 2.02.3 CE | Using TBUDL information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
Log when re-apply filter
Hello, Is there an option that allows to write in the log file when re-applying filters on a folder? The filter activity goes to the log when receiving new mail, but apprently not when re-applying filters to a folder. -- Best regards, cs4l mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Current version is 2.02.3 CE | Using TBUDL information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
Stuck Connection Centre
I have been having the problem lately that if I delete or abort a task in the connection center, it will stay open with nothing listed. When I close it, then try to quit thebat, it says some tasks are now active but the connection centre is still showing empty. Since this does not seem normal, what can I do to correct this? deleting a thread
Hi Batters, how do I delete a thread (normally Shift-Ctrl-Del) and don't use alternative deletion (Shift-Del) at the same time? How can I get rid of the added marker in the Bat This is not possible without exporting, editing and reimporting of those messages. I would not do that. Why don't you configure SpamPal to add the markers as additional header lines? so that filters do not grab the message each time I re-apply filters to the folder? If you extend your TB! spam filter to only touch mails that have no color group set you'll just need to assign an arbitrary color group to any false positive -- and your filter won't grab them anymore. I recently had to move everything over to a new computer and decided to also upgrade from TB 1.62r to 2.02.3 at the same time. Backing up the old TB files and restoring them on the new computer after installing the Xmas edition was fairly straight forward. I had the same problem, however, that none of the common folders got restored. I also moved them manually and soon had everything running fineuntil I did the CRTL-ALT-SHFT-L several days later. That's when the dupe mail accounts showed up. I don't know what the easy fix is, if one exists. It seems buggy to me that this should happen when invoking the C-A-S-L key combo didn't seem to cause problems in version 1.62r. Anyway, I was able to work my way thru it so I'm able to get some work done now. :) Cheers. -- Chris Montgomery Airtight Web Services http://www.airtightweb.com Web Development, Web Project Management, Software Sales 210-490-2415 Current version is 2.02.3 CE | Using TBUDL information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
