Have tried exporting to Unix format but can't find the number 2010 in it using a text search. Any ideas how to edit that? -- Neil Current version is 2.04.7 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
Re: Some Messages Have Blank Fields
Hi Roelof > This seems to be a mime encoded message. The reason the message > appears mangled might be an extra empty line between the headers. Do > these messages come from the same (group of) contact(s)? Thanks for replying again Roelof. In terms of where the messages come from or which account they appear in, the is no discernible patterns at all. They can appear in any of the 10 accounts I have setup in TB that poll Mailtraq for mail (POP3) but interestingly enough not on any of the 4 POP3 accounts that I have setup that connect directly to the ISP mail server. In terms of where they come from, I have no idea as they have no (apparent) traceable details which I can use i.e. some are like the example I sent but others are actually completely devoid of all details i.e. they don't even have any headers, that I can see at least. NOTE To All: I have mentioned my resident mail server (Mailtraq) simply because I know Roelof operates with this as well. I certainly don't want this thread to be considered OT as I think the issue to be a TB one (although let me stress I don't consider it to be a defect or bug as such). Some may disagree but please bear with me. -- Cheers Steve Current version is 2.04.7 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
Errors sending and receiving emails with attachments
Hey TBUDL, This is my first post so please excuse me if I'm not posting this question as I should. I have been getting error sending a receiving emails that have attachments. First the error messages: Sending emails with attachments I get the following message about 50% of the time at the point where the whole message would have been sent: "Message has not been sent. Server reply - t mail input; end with ," Receiving emails with attachments I find that about 25% of the attachments have been corrupted. (PDF and Zip files won't open, JPG files only show part of the picture, running from top to bottom) The problems occurs on two completely different connections to the internet - including ISPs. Same problem occurs using POPs from different IPSs. I didn't have any problems sending or receiving emails with attachments using the same hardware / ISP / POPs with my old email program (Outlook Express). Any ideas ?? Undocumented macros
TBUDL members At 13-Mar-2004, 02:48 +0100 Peter Ouwehand wrote: > Why Regex, what's wrong with using something like: > > Received : %ORCVDATE="-mm-dd" I looked through the help files, and the ORCVDATE and ORCVTIME macros are not documented there. I have wanted them for some time, but not knowing about them, couldn't use them. What other macros are not documented in the help files?!? Is there a definitive list of macros somewhere on the web?? -- Robin Anson Using The Bat! v2.04.7 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 1 Current version is 2.04.7 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Hi Roelof > Both my main account and an inbound archive, also a number of > colleagues inboxes as well and this problem occurs on all of these, > regardless of type. And I'm using POP to collect from Mailtraq Further to my last post on this subject, below is a copy of one of these blank messages. This is one that actually has something in the message body, although it means nothing to me, but maybe it will to one of you clever people: --MS_Mac_OE_3162224849_23199_MIME_Part-- And below this is the first few lines of the header from this message. I've only shown the first few lines because essentially it is made up of several hundred lines of the same thing (and may not be particularly relevant anyway): TrdZmeuVI3YmjxOqE99304+x0GXn7l+UV22OJTUMPMG7w/sJSOym O4kT/wXBBXZusNpGIN5qxXB/0Z34o5w3GkAjzVSm2u6049hl85bf8BxD27YF73ft/ywd2E5l NU3huEc1QexqZOSfPr49mxKHFBzNC/BI00PhQx+fBW8x7eFajMaImKenDpfPFvbcW2RbyI4k LWT7z2RdSEKy6LlKf3/Y52HQCuAMAczw2UXTmFh9zzgulVJkw8MdXoeVJ06OtfBe6qLhqfnF Any more clues Cheers -- Steve Current version is 2.04.7 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
