 Highly recommended.

That's why you read TBUDL ;-)

I gave both Barca and Pocomail a look today, did a quick look around for
PGP implementation but could not find that.
So I think I just wait for the Bat! 4.0

If you are looking for a combined PIM/Email try !ntelect. This is a
combination of Time and Chaos which is an excellent PIM with their email
client Express Plus. I use TC but did not like their email client. Not
sure anymore why, but try it out if you use TC for PIM.

Pocomail is nice puzzle, really, I love interface. Barca has nice calendar.
thats all

It is not PGP support only, where these products lacks. It doesn't support
nor S/MIME and this is a big problem, there are many institutions, where
You must use digitallly signed messages.

Virtual folders are not supported, this is a big miss.

Problem is with codepages, for example support for eastern codepages is
very limited, this is nightmare for them and for users from Eastern Europe.

Localisation is a problem for Pocosystems too, there are some languages
only and AFAIK they are not updated to latest versions for a long time.

As I think, antispam API with AntispamSniper is much betten then their
integrated solution.

There are strange usability things like if You want import MSG messages,
You can must rename them to EML and when You want to select folder, You
must write path directly, there is no selection.

After all, Pocomail has many useful things, some of them are better than
The Bat! has, some of them as worse. And I do not want to write, The Bat!
is perfect in all ways. But for many users, Pocomail is unusable and it
seems, PocoSystemsd likes improving GUI instead of working on security and
core features allowing international use.

Mmmm. Stability is a basic option every email program

Re[2]: re-filter

2007-11-20 Thread Tim Hamm
Hello Thomas,

Not sure I understand what you mean... To clarify, when I run
re-filter manually for my inbox TB appears to have captured the last
counts from the previous manual re-filter, so right now it's showing 6
messages in my inbox as being processed and 1 filtered. Instead of
clearing the number field to zero, TB appears to remember the last
number count until the auto filters miss something in my inbox and I
run the re-filter again to catch what TB leaves behind. The auto
filter works a good 95% of the time leaving about 5% of the messages
having not been filtered for some reason.

You have a filter that either has no action or filters messages into
the Inbox. Two messages are caught by this filter.
