I don't think so but I've never tried that. I was able to change the colors I wanted to change from within TB as described in a previous post. He has a context menu tweaker that doesn't work correctly for me but there is a lot of other great stuff. i.e pin odd stuff to the win 8 start menu, add to the ALT X menu -- Rick Repeal the Social Security $113,700 cap on taxable earnings.
