Bonjour à tous, Could you please implement a LITTLE option in Filter /tabs "Actions" / ** "Create a copy of message in another folder" ** RIT-DEV> JUST PLEASE implemente "TEMPLATE" OPTION in "copy messages" View attached file or go to: http://www.ginkyo.org/medias/images/TheBat!/copy_a_message_to_folder.png I explain why I would like this option (it's hard;-): Netsurfer post question by a feedback fomular. I received messages. I do make a copy of feedback messages, altered with incremental number in subject (generated by a vbs). A copy!!?, yes because I do remove all e-mails adresses of these feedback for after that, send to a medical person. Medical person reply to me at these feedbacks with a response (at netsurfer question) and me I do find the original message for find the original e-mail, and send the message to netsurfer !!! It is in due to USA privacy policy for certain medical sites... Alternative: Create a "ping" account. Yes the only solution (I think)is: send message with "template" to an automate account, which resent all messages with a "template" contain a TAG (traking tag) for trace after if message are already tagged!!!
