Archiving of my mails

2003-03-21 Thread Biju Nair
Dear Friends!!

Kindly help me regarding archiving of my mails.
Nature of my work requires me to take daily backup of my mails & the
backup is now of size 340 MBs . Please let me know is there any
feature available which enables me to take an archive of of my mails
up to certain date & free my mailbox from those mails.
If so then also please suggest how can I then retrieve my archive of mails
over & above my current mails at any point of time.

I'm using The Bat! Version 1.62 Christmas Edition
under Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 3

 Biju

The macro "%OCCList" has solved my problem w.r.t CC ;-)

Correct me if i am wrong .. I understand that when we use the macro
%CC we have to submit the list along with the macro.. what i want is
BAT should automatically pick up the CC list when i am forwarding the
mail

The version of web2pop [Web2POP Version-> 1.0.3.8 ] that i am using is having
the yahoo dll in built in it, however the same is not working, i even tried
using yah107.exe but still the problem persists... ;-(

Then i used yahooPOPs! and it worked, however i would like to mention
that even after mentioning that the server as "YahooPOPs!" for my
yahoo account in BAT ,while downloading the mails BAT Shows "Web2pop server"

I am not able to figure out why this is happening ..however this has
definitly solved my problem.. ;-)

Bat Closing

2002-11-26 Thread Biju Nair
Hello Tbudl,

I'm using The Bat! Version 1.60c
under Windows NT Clone 5.2 Build 3663 [WINDOWS .NET SERVER]
and would like your advice / suggestions for my problem.

  Problem description:
My BAT applicaiton is closing down without any error or message.
I am facing this problem since yesterday [26/11/2002]

  Steps to reproduce the Problem:
compose a new mail and enter the sender mail id startring with
  "bi..." or "bo"
  immediately the application closes down...

This was the problem i was facing yesterday [26/11/2002] but from
today [27/11/2002] onwards the moment i enter the sender's mail ID
in the "To" Row of new message BAT closes down without any error.

I would also like to mention that i am able to send the message if i use the senders
Id from
  Address Book.

Note : Earlier i was using WINDOWS NT 4.0 and a backup was taken of
the mails that i was using in WINDOWS NT 4.0

I have upgarded my OS from WINDOWS NT 4.0 to WINDOWS.NET server

Best regards,
 Biju mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
