Aw: Dozens of copies saved on draft

Sometimes I work on a message for relatively a > long time (let's say 30-60 minutes), so I end up with literally dozens of > copies in my folder. Which, I must say, it's pretty confusing. Check your filters. I had the same/a similar problem when a filter hit on a recipient/sender and moved all messages to a given folder. If you selected all folders that will happen on the Outbox as well. -- Cheers, Raymund Current version is 6.1.8 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

The point is that if you create the folder in TB the shortcut ALT+CTRL+SHIFT+L won't work as the folder isn't lost. Hi Tbudl, so I have a common folder that stores all my TB-BETA mails. If I reply to a message it is send with the correct mail address as I set the identity. Re: Automatic backups
Hi Jack! > I have no idea why an icon is created instead of a text string > showing the date but I would love to know. Something in the regex perhaps? That's simply because the RegEx doesn't work correctly for filenames anymore. I suggest you write a bug report. (But Roelof mentioned it is a know problem somehow.) If you run the RegEx in a new message template, it puts in the date as expected and it should do the same for the backup filename. > This apparently solves my original problem and I can run with it > but it sure would be neat if TB! created a new, different backup > instead of overwriting the existing one. Hi! With backups you should rely on the grandfather principle. So you have the current backup, the last one and the one before that. You're right there is no icon on the taskbar. You're wrong with SmartBat has to be reopened. If you don't maximize the TB! window and drag SmartBat's window so that it is visible all the time, you see it vanishing when the focus leaves the bat and coming back when the focus comes back.
