Hello Kari,

Now, your reply is threading just fine, and mine came in right under
"solid snake's" as it's supposed to. But the others..

I get the same thing with the thread over there as well..

I'm unregistered user, but theBat Owner even answer me for my little
easy question "How to delete one line ?"

That means, the developers have attention for US,
 so just wait..

If you send them a Help/Feedback/Suggestion message about the Spell
Checker problem you are experiencing, I can almost guarantee that you
will receive a personal reply back from the Developers almost
immediately. At least that has been my experience when asking for a PGP
7.0.3 Plugin.

A Bug Report gets filed and the bug itself is addressed in time,
although you will probably not receive a personal message acknowledging
receipt of that Report.

Do they care about their Customers? You bet they do! :o)

Am I the only Frog using The Bat?

2001-01-23 Thread Francis Segond

Hello,

Sorry to trouble you again with this if I'm the only one in this case.

I sent a mail yesterday and I noticed a remarquable absence of
reaction about my problems while using the spelling
option in French (see below the description*).

I suppose that the problem relies in the fact that the
"SplitContractedWords" property has not been activated by The Bat
when using the "SSCE5132.dll".

I have sent a bug report (among others weeks ago but never received an
answer. The developpers do not appear to care much about their
customers).

Regards

Francis

* In my last mail, I had described the problem in this way:
> I write my mail with The Bat (ver. 1.49) mainly in French.
>
> The spelling option using the SSCEngine does not work properly with
> the "apostrophe" (i.e. l'eau. The use of the apostrophe is VERY
