Use Tools | Export Messages | Unix Mailbox (with all messages selected in the folder) to export them as a single text file; ii. Use external programs to hack around that text file. For example, my text editor (TextPad) would allow me to mark every line containing From: with a bookmark, then cut and paste the bookmarked lines only to a second file. A bit of tidying that up would give the list. Setup a filter which will satisfy some rule in the folder, check Rule is 'Active''Manual' and assign a hot Key to it. In the Advanced Tab of the filter (when you scroll) there are options of Adding the sender to an AB group. So create an AB group and then put the group name in the filter. That's it. For future mails, select add sender to the specified AB group in the filter which moves the messages to a different folder. This will ensure that all future addresses get added automatically. -- Warm regards, Raj mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On the other hand, you have different fingers. Thanks! ~Jason This is a quick way to be turfed off a mailing list ... most list owners and participants object most strenuously to anyone, including members, harvesting the list names for any kind of bulk mailing, whether commercial or otherwise. If you want to send something to every member of the list, that's what the list is there for.
