Complaints. As long as nobody is complaining, nothing will happen.

Sounds familiar. Of course there are ISPs that don't route for
addresses that they didn't issue themselves.

%From="%OFromAddr"%-

%From=""inserts the bit between quote marks as From address
%OFromAddr takes the From address from the original message and
inserts into your template. In this case between the quote
marks of the other macro
%- As the %From macro leaves no text in the template body,
(it's only changing a header) you end up with an zero
length line followed by a line feed. The line feed is
   negated by the %- macro

Keep in mind that it is considered very abusive to use an address that
isn't yours. For several ISP's that kind of intentional behaviour is
reason to drop you as customer.

Marten, you don't say if you're using a template or not, but the
way I do this is to have this macro in my template for messages
where I want to override the default From address:

%FROM="[EMAIL PROTECTED]"%-

changing the address to the one I want the message to show. This
works for all templates in folders or address book. Will this do
it for you?

In the properties for the reply use these macros from
the Miscellaneous list: %FROM="" and %REPLYTO=""

The secret is to put the address you want to use within
each of the pairs of inverted commas.
