Of course there are ISPs that don't route for addresses that they didn't issue themselves. -- Groetjes, Roelof The Bat! 3.0.0.11 Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 1 1 pop3 account, server on LAN Disclaimer: Any opinion stated in this message is not necessarily shared by my budgies or rabbits. pgpVsjNGSUtNX.pgp Description: PGP signature Current version is 3.00.00 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

In this case between the quote marks of the other macro %- As the %From macro leaves no text in the template body, (it's only changing a header) you end up with an zero length line followed by a line feed. The line feed is negated by the %- macro Keep in mind that it is considered very abusive to use an address that isn't yours. For several ISP's that kind of intentional behaviour is reason to drop you as customer. -- Groetjes, Roelof The Bat! 3.0.0.11 Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 1 1 pop3 account, server on LAN Disclaimer: Any opinion stated in this message is not necessarily shared by my budgies or rabbits. pgpX7ReAvLybq.pgp Description: PGP signature Current version is 3.00.00 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Marten, you don't say if you're using a template or not, but the way I do this is to have this macro in my template for messages where I want to override the default From address: %FROM="[EMAIL PROTECTED]"%- changing the address to the one I want the message to show. This works for all templates in folders or address book. In the properties for the reply use these macros from the Miscellaneous list: %FROM="" and %REPLYTO="" The secret is to put the address you want to use within each of the pairs of inverted commas. -- Eric Using The Bat! v2.12.00 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 1 -- Best regards, Ericmailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Current version is 3.00.00 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
