Yeah, exact the same character for me.

Not really.
The differences between a forwarded/redirected message and the
original are
-The PGP-MIME attachment is missing in the new message, but AFAIK TB
 has no problem with those
-The original has these headers:
  Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-2022-jp
  Content-Disposition: inline
  Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
 The new has these:
  Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
  Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
-I suppose it has something to do with the charset or the
quoted-printable that the original message is flooded with =20's and
=3D's, but the place where TB stops displaying the message isn't at
one of those, but in the middele of a word. Over here the message
stops being displayed in the middle of the word 'potential' in the
sentence 'note is that 1.3.29 addresses and fixes 1 potential security issue:'
It ends at '1 pot', is that the same for you? If it is we could
 point Ritlabs to this.

I tried different viewers for the message and that didn't help.

Got the message, doesn't display completely.
On forwarding (or redirecting) it displays fully.

That's probably because you've compressed your inbox after filtering
your messages. (Sensible habit, saves space and speeds TB during
normal usage.)

Select the Inbox. In the menu do:

Tried that, no success.

Perhaps you want to have a look at one of these mails? It's a mailing
list that sends one mail per week (sometime on Monday), the
Gentoo-Weekly-newsletter. Just send an empty mail to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] to subscribe,
[EMAIL PROTECTED] is for unsubscribing.

Is there anything these messages (I'm presuming it happens more than
once) have in common? Size, origin, folder, whatever.
Still the same problem when you move them to a different folder. in
case you've filtered them to another folder on receipt, can you read
them fully when you browse for deleted messages in your Inbox?

When it's a folder thing, it might be a solution to close TB and
delete/rename the matching messages.tbi for that folder. (But leave
the messages.tbb alone, that's where TB stores your actual messages.)

In case it isn't a folder thing you'll need to give us more hints.
