You should set up a 'Read messages' filter. This filter is called when
cursor goes off the message after message marked as read
automatically. In the Actions panel of this filter check 'Send
Auto-Reply' and create a template.

What about "Auto-reply" action? I think, that is exactly what he want
to do -- you can set a filter to person(s) to whom you want to send a
confirmation and it will be done automatically.

Hello Monbebe,

by checking "Create Reading Confirmation (if required)" The Bat!
will create automatically a reading confirmation, if the sender
did that require (like you could do it from the person you send a
message by checking "Reading Confirmation" in the Options menue in
the editor window).

If you want The Bat! create a message, when you have read
somebody's message, do the following:

Create a filter for that person (those persons) using Sorting
Office | Read Messages and check "Send Auto-Reply" in the Actions
panel and create a template.

Best regards,

Jürgen
