It seems that MAU said ... M Have you tried Foxmail (it's free) to compose/send your HTML e-mail? Uh-oh. I have the occasional need to send HTML-coded mail, so I did a search for Foxmail. Found it on C|Net, along with some reviews like this: This program will steal your passwords and people will be able to see all your personal information. I contacted the government to investigate this company I would stay clear of this by all means. and this BEWARE!!! Secretly sends your password to malicious hackers! This program is not what it seems. My technical software analysis team has debugged the program and found it to be full of holes and security breaches. It doesn't just install spyware on your system. It also sends your password to most likely malicious hackers. Then a few months when you least suspect, your email account is taken over and un-usable. This program also appears to send your email to multiple advertising companies, hence making you put up with more and more ads in your inbox each day. There have been a number of programs that are silimar to this one, it's only a matter of time before they can be stopped! There were a few positive responses, but many were negative and warned of security problems. Deborah, The file structure is different, and you would not be able to use the 1.62 program with files that were adapted by the 2.0 program. My recollection is that there were some messages on the Beta mailing list about what to do if you want to revert back, but I do not recall any details. You could search the Beta list archives, or wait for Marck or another expert to offer up more detailed help. -- JN Current version is 1.62r | Using TBUDL information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html

Hello Avenarius, Tuesday, September 2, 2003, 2:33:44 AM, you wrote: A However, the few hours that I've been using version 2 have convinced A me that v2 is worth paying the price for upgrade. Hi Allister, Tuesday, September 2, 2003, 5:49:23 PM, you wrote: AJ In order to use Anti spam support firstly you have to install AJ anti-spam plug-in with self learning facilities. To install a plug-in, AJ open Preferences dialog from the Options | Preferences menu and in the AJ preferences tree click at Anti-spam leaf. I have looked under Option | Preferences and clicked on Anti-spam but when I click Add there doesn't appear to be any Plug-In file available. Am I suppose to download an Anti-spam plug-in or does this refer to Third Party plug-ins? I have probably overlooked something VERY obvious and therefore I apologise in advance.
