JM How do i create it?
V tools | openpgp | openpgp key manager. You need a private key to sign messages.

Another message:
John Is this message signed?
It's signed but an attempt to retrieve your public key from all the
public servers I have listed here is not a happening thing. Did you
upload your public key to a public key server?

FOLLOW UP:
I did create my public and private keys as above and now have my public and private
keys.

QUESTIONS:
1) How do I, by default, start signing all my emails? Is it found at: acct properties
| options | sign when completed?
1a) Do I want to do this with ALL by default?
2) Where do I upload the public key
3) Should it be uploaded to multiple public keys servers or do they share keys like
DNS servers share name resolution info?

Thank you folks.

You can start with ldap://pgp.surfnet.nl:11370

or

Upload your public key to your personal website and create a link in
your PGP program that appends that location to your PGP sig.

Your choice.

Anyway ...

Exactly. You can also use the macros %USEPGP%SIGNCOMPLETE in your
template(s).

rg 1a) Do I want to do this with ALL by default?

Probably not, but it's up to you. ;-) That's why the macros in certain
templates might be better than the all-account solution.

rg 3) Should it be uploaded to multiple public keys servers or do

Most servers synchronize with each other, so surfnet.nl should be
sufficient.

A suggestion here John, hunt around for a basic PGP tutorial on the net. It'll
help a lot in answering questions like this because you'll understand how the
process works.

JM Also, how do i check it, can I send an email to myself and tell
JM someway that it was really me that sent it?

Yep. If you click on the little icon in the preview pane that says verify
openpgp header it should verify your signature. A disclaimer here though, I've
never used PGP specifically with TB so my knowledge here is limited. I've used
it elsewhere for quite some time, however.

Cheers,
