Caveat: This was posted after a few days with beta34, 35 just runs for

New addition in 1.54: Rich Text Viewer (allows you to use proportional
fonts among other things).

Rich Text Format Viewer, a/k/a RTV (Rich Text Viewer).

PTV is Plain Text Viewer.

The difference is only seen in 1.54(beta), as there is no RTFV in
versions before that.

Hi Peter,

I'm using it, but I did think about it yet ...
I've done some testings and can only state it works.
Thanks for testing.
Pretty strange that it works for you. I've tested it a few times with
different configurations and it _never_ deleted any mails from the server.
I am using TheBat 1.53t - maybe that's my mistake?

Is the current Betaversion stable enough to try it?
 Andy.

Hi Roelof,

thanks, so I guess noone is using this feature. I suppose the reason for
not using it is that it doesn't work. :-)

How do I file a bug report?

Thanks,

Simply by sending a mail using
'Help' / 'Feedback' / 'Bug report'
what fills out a new message windows with To-address
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
and a simple template to enter your bug description.

Another way is using:

BugTraq: https://bt.ritlabs.com/

Hi Andy,

AS I have the impression that the mail management option Delete

I cannot confirm this for

Having my mail server in LAN and fetching all mail from there.
I've done some test, crated a new test account and observed it.
Three test mails sent out, three received, three left on server.
Three deleted, mail fetched, log watched: three on server.
fetched again: zero on server.

I haven't noticed this worked or not because I do delete very few
mails. But detailed tests state: it is working :-)
