NO, I would suggest that you check every yahoo new address since they are free

I think that someone may have access to my e-mail accounts. I did recently
add a yahoo e-mail account to use as a safe site. They did send the address
and the password to me and that may have been read as well. What is the yahoo
address that you have that you thought was me. If it is the same as the one I
set up then I have been hacked big time. I will post nothing on your site until
this problem goes away. Thank you for working to keep you site clean. Mike

[Texascavers] Beck Ranch Cave Closed

2013-02-14 Thread mikewaustin
A few months ago I announced that Beck Ranch Cave was closed. We had cavers
that went into the cave without permission and one group was detained by the
Sheriff. Other caver related factors contributed to the closure. Since the
closure, security efforts including a Home Owners Association Patrol,
electronic and other security activities has been started. PLEASE DO NOT GO
INTO BECK RANCH CAVE. If you are observed within the fence or in the cave YOU
WILL BE ARRESTED. The Texas Cave Conservancy will host our TCC Winter
Conference February 22-24 in the Cedar Park Texas area. We have caves there
that you will be able to visit. The owner of Beck Ranch Cave is holding an
event that same weekend and they will be out in the field. They know that we
are hosting our event in Cedar Park and have asked the Sheriff to provide an
extra patrol at the parking area and around the cave.

It is painful to have to send this message out, however, I feel that I owe the
Texas Caving community this notice- to give them a chance to decide if a
trespass trip is worth the effort. Please spread word of this message to other
cavers. Come on out and have fun at the TCC Winter Conference. Thank you for
working with the Texas Cave Conservancy.

TCC Winter Conference

Where:

TCC Headquarters area caves:

1800 West Park
Cedar Park, Texas
512-249-2283 tcc-ca...@austin.rr.com

The Texas Cave Conservancy Winter Conference, February 25-27 is an opportunity
for you to get out that winter coat, tent, sleeping-bag and do some camping,
caving, learning and even some partying. The cave CO2 levels should be at their
lowest at that time of the year so the caving should be good. We even have
three caves in the campground! This annual event is set up for new cavers,
however, even the old folks are welcome. Camping (with a campfire) is available
at the TCC Headquarters. In the event of a real winter (cold) we can make space
for cavers inside the TCC Headquarters.

Early Breakfast will be available on Saturday and Sunday. We will have an
evening meal Saturday night followed by a special presentation and a party.
Caving is available all weekend. With a ten-dollar donation for the old- time
cavers and free for cavers that have been caving for less than five years, how
can you go wrong? This event will be what we make of it. If you want to hold a
workshop, cave ballads, slides, or what –ever, contact us ASAP.

We will have hand out sheets outlining Saturdays activities that morning. If
you arrive after 10:00 the information will be on a table on the front porch.
Workshops and tours will start around 10:00 in the morning. We look forward to
seeing you at the TCC Winter Conference. Mike Walsh- TCC President

[Texascavers] TCC Winter Conference February 25-27

2013-01-24 Thread mikewaustin
TCC Winter Conference
February 25-27

February 26-Workshops-caving-tours-party.
