Error: It appears that this TiddlyWiki has been incorrectly saved.
Hi! I've been running MonkeyGTD for ages, and currently use version 3.1.1beta. Suddenly, I am getting the error It appears that this TiddlyWiki has been incorrectly saved. when opening my MGTD-file (stored locally). At various places on the page is a tag saying Error in macro mgtdList. When I click on this a pop-up presents itself, saying: Error while executing macro mgtdList: [Exception... Component returned failure code: 0x80004003 (NS_ERROR_INVALID_POINTER) [nsIDOMHTMLStyleElement.replaceChild] nsresult: 0x80004003 (NS_ERROR_INVALID_POINTER) location: JS frame :: file:///home/magnus/Data/GTD/monkeygtd/monkeygtd.html :: TOP_LEVEL :: line 21561 data: no] Anyone can help me make sense of and solve this? I'd be very grateful if I could avoid manually transferring everything to a fresh mgtd- file Best, Magnus -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups GTD TiddlyWiki group. mGSD Enhancements - Empty File does not show right menu
Hi David, I have been using the Standard mGSD for years now, but your propositions do look interesting, so I'd like to give it a try. Apart from the Error in macro tabs appearing in red on the right, I have another problem: On a newly downloaded file the right menu does not show up. There is just the history-related subset, no nice calendar and, what is more, all the GTD-Filters. Is that just me? Is it on purpose? I have gotten past that by blind trying some days ago, but I forgot how. Greetings, John -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups GTD TiddlyWiki group. [tw] Re: quote of the day
Hi, I didn't try the cookiejar plugin (yet) as I really want to have a random-display of the quotes. BUT... I found something strange, as all the TW's on the internet that uses the QOTD, work fine: When saving those (working TW's) locally, then the QOTD starts every time with the first quote. Maybe there's a BUG because the random function does not work when opening a local TW. And my TW has to be local... Can Eric S (or someone else) correct this bug? Thanks. [tw] Re: quote of the day
Hi Wim, Latest TW versions have the possibility to save cookie settings within the TW file. It's called persistent options [1]. I think for this usecase you won't need a plugin. The QOTD [2] info tiddler describes the plugin options. With the cookie parameter you can specify the name of the cookie you want to use to store the needed info. The cookie name for SystemSettings will be: txtQOTD_ + yourCookieName so if yourCookieName is eg: index it is: txtQOTD_index SystemSettings tiddler should contain txtQOTD_index: 1 it will be automatically refreshed by the core and saved with your TW. have fun! mario [1] http://tiddlywiki.com/#PersistentOptions [2] http://www.tiddlytools.com/#QuoteOfTheDayPluginInfo -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups TiddlyWiki group. mGSDEnhanced cleanup, trash and tickler
I've been using mGSDEnhanced for the past couple days and found it great! I may have found three bugs: - When you mark a tickler as done the tickler doesn't go (it's still blinking at the menu) and I have to delete it before it stops blinking. - When I try to delete old tasks (older than 14 days) this msg appear: *No tiddlers found tagged with 'Cleanup'*. - When I delete a msg it doesn't show at Trash (it doesn't have a Trash tag) I imported all tiddlers from my mGSD to the mGSDEnhanced. It's slow when I save, but usually is quite fast. Thanks Pedro -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups GTD TiddlyWiki group. [tw] Update BasicsPackage
Hello, I am using a TiddlyWiki with the BasicsPackage. Is there a defined or even easy way to update the plugins belonging to this package? In general it does not seem easy to find the set of plugins needed for a certain function. E.g. the QuickEdit plugin consists of many tiddlers. If I would like to import these from http://www.tiddlytools.com/#QuickEditPlugin I would have to select them based on the tag. But not all packages have such a tag. Also, the import function does not allow for tag based selection. How does everybody else do this? [tw] FET Results with Table Headers
Hello everyone, I am a non programmer and have very little skills using TiddlyWiki and the various Plugins. I have tried searching for an answer to my question but with no success. I have a tiddler that lists a number of books and their authors. forEachTiddler where 'tiddler.tags.contains(book)' sortBy tiddler.data(author) ascending write '|+tiddler.data(author)+|[[+tiddler.title+]]|\n'' I would like to modify this so that it shows a table like so: |Author|Book Title| |+tiddler.data(author)+|[[+tiddler.title+]]| Can you please help - It seems so simple but I don't know javascript. On a similar note, is it possible to automate such a list. Go thorugh each Tiddler and put each field name in the table header and the data in the table cells without having to know the data field names or type the script. Any help you could give me would be much appreciated. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups TiddlyWiki group.
