Didn't notice it till I read this thread, but I have it too (FF, Chrome, IE). It only happens to tiddlers whose height is smaller than the window height. It happens to me too and it's certainly annoying. I've tried with blank tiddlywikis (with no plugins) and it only happens in versions previous to 2.6.2 In my case, the fact is that I have no choice but to work with version 2.4.3.
