Sounds well beyond my comfort zone!

Thanks for letting me know, though!

To get a gap to let the Background shine through you'll need to remove the
background settings from the #contentWrapper and apply it to
everything individuality. Which may be a littler more time consuming than
it sounds (At least in order to keep the current look it'll require a lot
of extra margin/padding work to be done.)

Then the gap can be made simply by adding a margin-bottom value to the
 .tiddler class.

I have a nice background wallpaper, so I'd like an actual gap between the
separate tiddlers/pages so that the wallpaper shows through separating the
 pages more completely...

 Any thoughts?

In your StyleSheet shadow tiddler it should make a nice simple break
between tiddlers that matches the theme relative well.

Tobias, not sure if you are suggesting I should try to edit the page
template - which sounds quite complicated for me - not sure I understand
what you are suggesting - delete the line you cut and pasted?... might wait
for someone else to do this first!

Thanks though!

2013-02-15 Thread Mat
Try putting one of these at a time into StyleSheet

#tiddler { margin-bottom: 3em;}
#tiddler { padding-bottom: 3em;}

(I get those mixed up so just try one at a time)

:-)

[tw] Re: Help me make separate tiddlers with page break in pip-ii theme

2013-02-15 Thread Tobias Beer
Well, who is the author of pip-II?

And yes, if that author is not around much often, try and cut out the last
line from the PageTemplate and see if that breaks anything -- if it doesn't
I can keep on playing... otherwise I would have to create a space just to
test this out... which I'd rather not.

Cheers, Tobias.

I was about getting there, but someone needs to fix
pip-IIhttp://pip-ii.tiddlyspace.com/#PageTemplatefirst.

The page template is broken, it contains a second at the end...

div class='sidebarOptions' refresh='content' tiddler='SideBarOptions'/div

...due to which browsers - for some reason - wrap the whole displayArea
into .sidebarOptions.

Cheers, Tobias.
