Dave, Sorry about late reply. Yes, I know about It's All Text and have used it successfully before on a Linux and Windows 7 box. (In fact, if you use Vimperator and configure _vimperatorrc properly, you don't even need to use It's All Text.) However, I have been unable to make this work on a Windows 8.1 box. Thanks anyway.
