Re: [TMIC] Shots and cramps

2006-02-03 Thread [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Mike,

I used to get those foot cramps.

New fashioned Quinine water may not have enough quinine. Adding Gin will help
temporarily, but then you'll wake up at 2 am with bad foot cramps. Quinine is
available OTC, I believe.

Physio- Stretching and strengthening those muscles- ESPECIALLY before bed-
helps a lot.

Cannabinoids work very well, and have a very long half-life, so work for days.

A cold floor works well at releasing the cramp

WITH IT. PARTICULARLY, AS WE AGE, WE NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS NATURAL WITH
AGING AND OTHER UNRELATED ISSUES, AND WHAT IS PROMPTED BY OUR RESIDUAL
EFFECTS OF TM OR OUR MEDICATIONS... EXAMPLES:

ACID REFLUX YOU CANNOT FEEL DUE TO PARALYSIS
HEART PAIN FOR SAME REASON
LEG CRAMPS DUE TO BLOOD VESSEL BLOCKAGE, PARTLY DUE TO TM AND THEN AGING
BONE DETERMINATION
VISION PROBLEMS
BACK PAIN
MEMORY PROBLEMS AND CONCENTRATION
COLITIS - POLIPS - DIVERTICULOSIS[ITIS]

DO NOT ASSUME YOUR SYMPTOMS ARE DIRECTLY RELATED TO TM, DEVICS, MS ETC.
YOU AND YOUR DOCTOR SHOULD RULE OUT OTHER POSSIBLE CAUSES BEFORE SETTLING
ON THE FACT IT IS TM RELATED.

These cramps range from annoying, to feeling like someone dropped an anvil on my foot. At times, the only relief I get is by putting pressure in the opposite direction from the way the cramp seems to want to pull the feet muscles. Has anyone else experienced something like this, and if so, what have you done for it. I still havecramps in various locations in my body and when they get too bad for me I take baclofen for 3 to!

Sometime back I posted a question asking if anyone used quinine water to help with cramps and I did not receive any feedback. I feel that it does help a little. [TMIC] Eyes and TM and diabetic retinopathy screening

2006-02-03 Thread Dex Packard

Greetings to one and all;

I got a letter from my health care provider the
other day. It stated that I should come in for a DIABETIC RETINOPHY SCREENING.
It also stated that this should be done once a year.

So with TM I have to worry about DEVIC'S, and being
DIABETIC I have two things to worry about when it comes to my
eyes.

So, if any of you are diabetic, be sure to check
this out.

Dex Packard
