Mike, I used to get those foot cramps.
New fashioned Quinine water may not have enough quinine. Adding Gin will help temporarily, but then you'll wake up at 2 am with bad foot cramps. Quinine is available OTC, I believe. Physio- Stretching and strengthening those muscles- ESPECIALLY before bed- helps a lot. Cannabinoids work very well, and have a very long half-life, so work for days.
