And I've been going to a chiropractor since June 2005. She's really good, has helped me lots, but the problem is ... I work part-time at the FedEx Hub and what I hafta do there offen messes up my lower back, but I do several exercises and stretches which help me lots and keep me going till my next chiro visit.
