Sally Thank you very much for this information I know this is the way to go I ate this way for a short time (why I stopped?? ) I actually walked better and felt better I was so much better I quess cause I had gotten preagnant. during this diet ( last pregnancy was 17 years prior) for me it was a blood type diet for type A (mine) The diet consists of mostly fruit and veggies. Grace I don't write to often, but I read almost everyday, Since you have been on this list you have been amazing with everything you have been going through. I am not sure of how long you have been going through all of this mess, but you have to believe things will get better , and even though you don't feel strong right now I bet anyone who knows you would say you are the strongest and bravest person they know. I think everyone who has been "GRACED" by your words on this list will also agree. Linda Hello, I have been a horse dentist now for about 21 years and I know what you mean about horse people and just the working outside and not to mention getting to work with the horses, I have just hit my 9 year anniversary with tm this month, so I only work part-time now and I also have a 2 year old so I don't have much energy or time to travel like I used to. I do wonder how I will adjust to my having to stop doing what I enjoy so much it's been hard enough just relizing I will never be as strong as I was before tm. Cookie Obrien, Florida
