Other than the one other person in the thread above, I haven't seen this issue raised outside the issue when using the TT3.0 hacks. I personally use the TOUCH to listen often to < 64kbs stations (many of my NPR stations are < 64, some in 30s). I've never seen this problem occur. today the Touch was cold started to a previously tuned 64 bit internet station fav, mysb: starts garbled; tune to a different Fav then tune back into the original and it's ok.
