[Trisquel-users] Kodi uPnP/DLNA
Hello Everyone I wish to install a newer version of Kodi than that found on the official Trisquel repositories, however I am hesitant to add any repos besides jxself's to the default configuration. Is the reason that the version of Kodi on the Trisquel repo is that specific version due to later versions lacking audits? Or is it because they added DRM support in later versions? In any case what might be a good alternative for playing uPnP/DLNA from a hard drive connected to the router? (tried VLC and it sees but can't access the drive) Thanks!
Re: [Trisquel-users] Recommended Music players?
Does it support .ape files?
Re: [Trisquel-users] I cant join the community =(
I joined this site years before I bought a system that's freedom friendly. Even then, It's not complete yet, I'm still trying to find money to complete it. When I joined, I was mildly interested about a 100% libre system. You know kinda like those people that make videos about Windows 98 and ask if it's still useful today doing daily tasks. But, now with centralized proprietary stuff constantly violating my trust, I thought "I wouldn't be surprised if my Bios was spying on me" and than I thought "Oh wait, it probably is thanks to IME/PSP".
