this is list is full of API developers.

Hi there,

The best way to report system issues like this is by having the  
user file an issue at http://twitter.zendesk.com/requests/portal/new.  
It's tied to the logged in user so have the individual reports fill it  
out. You can also contact supp...@twitter.com but email is quite a bit  
slower.
