alright, got them to push it through. Thanks to infinity for fixing it.all went through with the exception of gnome-power-manager, whose buildlogs haven't been uploaded yet... I'll investigate on that; may be error on my part.

re-push a bunch of Backports through

2005-11-22 Thread John Dong
It seemed like the first time the Backports were sent through, some of them had issues with the build-dep step (something about dbConfig being locked) when installing build dependencies.Later through the night, when we got to ppc/amd64, the packages pushed through. So there seems to be some kind of issue with the i386 chroot. I'm hoping it's a temporary fluke and would like for you to try rebuilding the following packages, that lack i386 binary packages:

dpkg won't by itself download the missing dependencies.

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ apt-cache policy python-clearsilver
python-clearsilver:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 0.9.13-3.2ubuntu1
  Version table:
 0.9.13-3.2ubuntu1 0
500 http://archive.ubuntu.com breezy/universe Packages

python-clearsilver is in Breezy's universe and in version higher than
required by Trac, so when you fulfill Trac's dependencies it should be
fully installable.

Cheers,

That's normal, it just means some dependencies for  it are not installed... dpkg does NOT do dependency resolution. Run apt-get -f install to fix that.

No, it doesn't need to be backported. Only version 0.9.3 is needed, and the last time I checked 13 is bigger than 3.
